Amtech to Exhibit at European Solar Energy Conference in Milan, Italy September 3-7

Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of semiconductors, solar cells and wafers, today announced that the Company will exhibit in Booth F-34, Hall 20, at the 22nd European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition taking place September 3-7, 2007 in Milan, Italy.

The Conference and Exhibition is being held at The Fiera Milano, Milan's new Fairground and Conference centre, and is considered the most important conference in the solar market worldwide, providing a platform for dialogue and information exchange across the World. More than 3,000 congress participants from around 75 countries are expected to attend. At the accompanying fair, 520 companies will present their newest products on a space of more than 30,000 square meters.
