Robert C. Daigle

Robert C. Daigle

Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board

Robert C. Daigle became CEO of Amtech Systems in August 2023, having joined the Board in August 2021 and elected Chairman in March 2022. Prior to his role at Amtech, Mr. Daigle served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Rogers Corporation, where he had a distinguished 30-year career in various senior executive positions. At Rogers, he successfully built and led both the High Frequency Circuit Materials and Power Electronics Solutions businesses. Mr. Daigle holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Wade Jenke

Chief Financial Officer

Wade Jenke joined Amtech in August of 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Amtech Mr. Jenke was the Chief Financial Officer for the EMS Business Group of Assa Alboy with more than a decade in roles of increasing responsibility.  Mr. Jenke also worked for BAE Systems, a major defense manufacturer, in program finance and pricing analyst roles. Mr. Jenke earned his undergrad and MBA from Arizona State University and holds several certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Angi Larson joined Amtech in 2023 as the Chief Human Resource Officer. Angi’s background includes over 25 years of human resources experience with focus in strategic business partnership, talent development, and talent management. Angi’s most recent work experience was with Rogers Corporation a global technology leader in specialty materials and components with over 900 million dollars in annual revenue and 3500 employees worldwide. Prior to Rogers Corporation, Angi was the Vice President Human Resources for Hardware & Home Improvements, a division of Spectrum Brands. Angi was instrumental in the successful integration of the HHI division in the areas of strategic leadership, organizational alignment, advisory and learning & development. Angi holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and earned a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) certification from Cornell University, as well as a Women in Leadership certification from the Center for Effective Leadership.

Shashi Gupta

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Semiconductor Fabrication Solutions

Shashi Gupta has been in the Electronics & Semiconductor industry for over 20 years and has been involved in growing businesses focused on wireless (5G), datacenters (AI) and automotive electronics. He has had roles in technology development and commercial roles in product management, business management, market development and strategy. Prior to joining Amtech, Shashi was part of Dupont Electronic Materials business unit, leading strategic marketing for Advanced Circuits and Packaging. Shashi holds Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a PhD in material science from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. 

Rob DiMatteo

Vice President and General Manager, Thermal Processing Solutions

Rob DiMatteo brings almost three decades of experience in sales, business management, and strategic market development. His expertise covers key end markets, including surface mount technology, semiconductor packaging, and high-temperature furnace applications. Prior to his current role as Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Processing Solutions, Rob served as BTU’s Director of Sales for the Americas. In his current capacity, Rob oversees BTU’s global organization, managing teams across the USA, UK, China, and Southeast Asia.

Paul Lancaster

Vice President, Sales and Corporate Development

Paul Lancaster joined Amtech in August 2020 as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Service. His responsibilities include the sales and service strategies for all Amtech divisions globally, coordination of marketing activities across divisions, assisting with M&A prospecting and due diligence, and strategic guidance for key account growth. Paul comes from BTU International, a division of Amtech, where he was the Director of Sales for the Americas. At BTU, Paul led business development efforts across several industries including semiconductor, electronics assembly, solar and high temperature processing applications. Mr. Lancaster began his career in the electronics manufacturing industry as an engineer for a leading automated optical inspection company. Mr. Lancaster has over 20 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries and holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo as well as a M.B.A. from San Diego State University.

Jason Brown

Vice President, Operations

In 2024 Jason Brown joined Amtech as the Vice President of Operations after having served in operations roles of increasing responsibility at Entrepix, an Amtech company, since 2018.    As Vice President, Operations Jason sets cohesive strategic goals for all of Amtech’s operations globally.  In addition, Jason oversees day to day manufacturing operations at the Entrepix and BTU facilities in Phoenix, AZ and Westford, MA.   Jason brings over 30 years of experience to the role with subject matter expertise in supply chain management, advanced fabrication, enterprise resource planning, quality systems among others.
