Amtech Receives Initial Order From Solar Turnkey Systems Supplier

Adds New Marketing Channel With Solar Order Valued at Approximately $3 Million

Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, semiconductors, and silicon wafers, today announced that its solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems, Inc., has received an order for its solar diffusion systems valued at approximately $3 million from a new customer that is a European-based supplier of solar turnkey systems.
