(NASDAQ:ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, has been named to the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 500(TM) list of fastest growing technology companies in the United States and Canada. Established in 1997, the annual listing is based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth over a five-year period and includes both public and private companies. Amtech Systems was ranked 384 with 316% growth over the five year period from 2004 to 2008.
